In this training, we will explore the different influence styles and strategies that leaders at every level of the organization can use to effectively make a positive impact. We will also incorporate the use of the Influence Style Indicator (ISI) assessment to help participants identify their own preferred influence style.

• Develop strategies for adapting their influence style to different situations and individuals
