Tap into Your Influence Style

In this training, we will explore the different influence styles and strategies that leaders at every level of the organization can use to effectively make a positive impact. We will also incorporate the use of the Influence Style Indicator (ISI) assessment to help participants identify their own preferred influence style.

By the end of today's session, you will be able to:

  • Understand the impact influence has on your effectiveness in the workplace

  • Identify the different preferred influence styles and when to use them

  • Develop strategies for adapting their influence style to different situations and individuals

  • Apply effective influence strategies to achieve desired outcomes
